Good proposal, but I suggest that you arrange the income stratification data in numberical order... example: Top 5% Top 20% Top 33% Middle 20% Bottom 20% etc... I have taken the liberty of re-arranging the figures on the draft proposal. Best Regards, Signaturebrendel 00:10, 2 June 2007 (UTC)
