Vance Monument
[edit]I have sent edit waring notices before but have never submitted someone to the Admin Board. (Since the editor in question does not have an account, I cannot sent the usual notices). Pretty sure you know how to do submit to the edit waring board. Can you take care of this? I have dealt with this issue in the past with this article, but never with someone who is so persistent.
