Each jutsu has its own set of strengths and weaknesses. It's said in the series that wind is stronger than lighting. Naruto's regular rasengan may be weaker, but if he uses rasen shiruken, a wind type rasengan, he may be stronger that a chidori... Shika8 (talk) 22:43, 28 February 2008 (UTC)

Exactly i'm aware of this. I was Referring to the normal rasengan. I know the elemental distrebutions f the shinobi world and how the rasen shuriken would indeed over power chidori... But they didnt say that in the article, they were talking about the normal rasengan.
