Hi Aksingla33, thanks form your message, unfortunately I don't think there is a way to move articles between language versions. So I would suggest you just recreate over on https://pa.wikipedia.org/wiki. You should be able to copy and paste from ਭਾਰਤੀਅ_ਵਿਗਿਆਨ_ਸੰਸਥਾਨ to [1].
