My guess is that what you posted above was meant to be a request to be unblocked, with a change of username to "AkshayBhagat". If so, then what you need to post to this page is: {{unblock-spamun|AkshayBhagat|Your reason here}} but replacing the words "Your reason here" with an explanation of why you think you should be unblocked, and why unblocking your account will benefit Wikipedia. Apart from that replacement, you need to copy that text exactly, including {{ and }}. The reason which you give must show that you understand the reasons for the block, and will not make the same mistakes again; saying "My personal account" doesn't do that. If you don't format the request like that then it will not be shown in the list of pending unblock requests, so administrators are unlikely to see it. (You may also prefer to request the username "Akshay Bhagat" rather than "AkshayBhagat". Many editors assume that usernames can't include spaces, but in fact they can.)
