Correction of percent to percent
[edit]Hello, I was wondering why you changed the word «percent» to the same exact spelling which changed absolutely nothing. I may have misread your comment on history but please do not add summaries that make absolutely no sense for these could be misleading and make other editors such as I search for a mistake made without finding anything making us miss other possible mistakes such as typos, incorrect links are faulty code. -Þýskalandí Þýskalandi (talk) 19:49, 26 September 2022 (UTC)
- They were originally the British English spelling of it, and according to MOS:PERCENT, is spelled "per cent". I have seen my error, and will stride to not repeat said actions.

Thank you, for your concern. I hope to find more kind and tespectful wikipedia editors such as you. I'm deeply sorry if i may have been harsh. Please spend a good day.-Þýskalandí (Germany in icelandic) Þýskalandi (talk) 17:23, 30 September 2022 (UTC)

English variation
[edit]Hello. In a recent edit, you changed one or more words or styles from one national variety of English to another. Because Wikipedia has readers from all over the world, our policy is to respect national varieties of English in Wikipedia articles.
For a subject exclusively related to the United Kingdom (for example, a famous British person), use British English. For something related to the United States in the same way, use American English. For something related to another English-speaking country, such as Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, India, or Pakistan use the variety of English used there. For an international topic, use the form of English that the original author of the article used.
In view of that, please don't change articles from one version of English to another, even if you don't normally use the version in which the article is written. Respect other people's versions of English. They, in turn, should respect yours. Other general guidelines on how Wikipedia articles are written can be found in the Manual of Style. If you have any questions about this, you can ask me on my talk page or visit the help desk. Thank you. Canterbury Tail talk 20:11, 26 September 2022 (UTC)
- Ah, thanks for notifying me of that. I apologize for making that mistake.
- I was not aware that British English spelled "percent" different than American English did.
- I will make sure to not make that mistake again.
- Aknip (talk) 11:59, 27 September 2022 (UTC)
- Technically the Americans spell it differently to the British :) Canterbury Tail talk 16:47, 28 September 2022 (UTC)
- Potato, potato.

License tagging for File:6nenmestart.jpeg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:6nenmestart.jpeg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information.
To add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia. For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 15:30, 6 October 2023 (UTC)
Orphaned non-free image File:6nenmestart.jpeg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:6nenmestart.jpeg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. – dudhhr talkcontribssheher 16:31, 6 October 2023 (UTC)
Non-free rationale for File:6nenmestart.jpeg
[edit]Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:6nenmestart.jpeg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.
If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described in section F6 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. -- Marchjuly (talk) 08:16, 7 October 2023 (UTC)
- I did not know this. Thank you.
