Your article needs more sources to prove notability. The article also needs to be fleshed out a little more to help show notability as well. I recommend looking into D.A.R.E., which would be the US equivalent of PARTY. It's often helpful to use pre-existing entries as a guideline on how to write new articles. Since this does fall under the scope of education rather easily, I also recommend looking into Wikipedia:WikiProject Education, a group of people whose main purpose on Wikipedia is to add and enhance articles about education.Tokyogirl79 (talk) 09:12, 29 November 2011 (UTC)tokyogirl79[reply]
