[edit]

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions, but in one of your recent edits to Textile industry, it appears that you have added original research, which is against Wikipedia's policies. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, ideas, and personal experiences—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. Thank you. Warning icon Please stop. If you continue to add promotional or advertising material to Wikipedia, as you did at Laundry, you may be blocked from editing. Absolutely not okay. Do not ever do this again in this encyclopedia. It is not your marketing platform. Julietdeltalima (talk) 16:12, 14 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I apologize for the mistakes I've made in my recent edits. I understand that adding original research and promotional content goes against Wikipedia's guidelines, and I'm committed to rectifying these errors. I acknowledge the importance of reliable sources and adhering to neutrality.

Regarding the warning about promotional content, I deeply regret my actions. I want to clarify that I've learned from this experience and will no longer attempt to use Wikipedia for advertising purposes. My intention is solely to contribute meaningful and factual information to the platform.
I understand the seriousness of the situation and respect the decision to block my account. I sincerely request the opportunity to rectify my past mistakes and contribute positively to Wikipedia. If given the chance, I assure you that I will diligently follow Wikipedia's guidelines, provide reliable sources for my contributions, and refrain from any promotional or advertising content.Akamuachumi (talk) 09:09, 17 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

I am declining this request as it appears to be written with the aid of an AI or bot. We want to hear from you, not a bot, as you are the one that is blocked. Please write a request in your own words- which should include more specific discussion as well as discussion of your relationship with Washmart. 331dot (talk) 09:33, 17 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I really appreciate your response. Let me assure you that the previous message was all me – no AI involved. I apologize if it seemed otherwise.

I'm here to address your concerns in a more direct way. My previous messages weren't supposed to be promotional or biased but I also now get why it's important to follow Wikipedia's fairness and research rules. If my edits came off to be promotional, I'm sorry – I want to make things right and contribute fairly and positively.

About my connection with Washmart: I'm not directly tied to them. I've been a customer but that's it. By the way, I work as an editor for cleanindiajournal, an independent platform covering the cleaning and laundry industry. But that doesn't mean I'm connected to Washmart personally or financially, in case you're wondering.

I'm here, honestly asking for another chance to do better and add real value to Wikipedia. I fully get the need for reliable sources, neutrality, and following the rules. If you're open to it, I promise to do my best with every contribution.Akamuachumi (talk) 10:15, 17 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
