Curses! Your user page just made me lose the game. Again. Anyway...

License tagging for Image:Aiydasandbox.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Aiydasandbox.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 15:04, 25 February 2007 (UTC)

vandalism

[edit]

I am getting envious -- you have been here only for a few months, and your page has already been vandalized a zillion times. How come you are so popular, and I am not? --Aleph-4 17:16, 20 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Would love to be adopted by you!

[edit]

wp:aiv reports

[edit]

Thank you for making a report about 72.240.61.138 (talk · contribs · block log) on Wikipedia:Administrator intervention against vandalism. Reporting and removing vandalism is vital to the functioning of Wikipedia and all users are encouraged to revert, warn, and report vandalism. However, administrators are generally only able to block users if they have received a recent final warning (one that mentions that the user may be blocked) and they have recently vandalized after that warning was given. The reported user has not yet been blocked because it appears this has not occurred yet. If this user continues to vandalize even after their final warning, please report them to the AIV noticeboard again. Thank you. ··coelacan 17:32, 27 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Oh, nevermind, another admin has blocked them. Still, it's best to wait until they vandalize after a final warning to report them. Thanks, ··coelacan 17:34, 27 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Here's how the talk page looked at 17:16 UTC, the last time they vandalized. The final warning you saw from another user was also added after the last vandalism. It's not a huge deal, I was just letting you know that usually this would not result in a block. ··coelacan 17:47, 27 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
apologies, my mistake.

It's cool. =) Keep up the recent changes patrol. ··coelacan 18:19, 27 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Have you got Javascript on in your browser? Andytalk 22:21, 12 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Hmmm that's very strange, I'd just play about with it and see if you can get it going! Andytalk 22:32, 12 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Naraht and AphiO1925 are wile-wiki-users and belongs to a friendly mission fraternity. Why they are doing things in changing and reverting of shared ideas on discussion page of Tau Gamma Phi article?

Rollback

[edit]

I have granted rollback rights to your account; the reason for this is that after a review of some of your contributions, I believe I can trust you to use rollback correctly by using it for its intended usage of reverting vandalism, and that you will not abuse it by reverting good-faith edits or to revert-war. For information on rollback, see Wikipedia:New admin school/Rollback and Wikipedia:Rollback feature. If you do not want rollback, just let me know, and I'll remove it. Good luck and thanks. Eduiting Nuweiba entry

[edit]

You sent me a message concerning editing the entry on Nuweiba (Egypt). The URL is http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Nuweiba. You said it was not a "constructive" edit. I suspect this was an automatic message based on me removing an entire section (albeit a very short one consisting on one short paragraph). I think my edit was constructive. The section talks about "archaeological developments" claiming that some "historians" now believe that Red Sea crossing took place there. But that whole thing is based on the ideas of Ron Wyatt, who is neither an archaeologist nor an historian. So there is nothing tangible in that whole section and wikipedia would be well advised to allow it to be removed. Thank you. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.17.111.254 (talk) 15:03, 16 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Nadine Dorries

[edit]

With reference to your removal of a link I posted on Nadine Dorries MP's page, your edit was as follows: (cur | prev) 19:31, 14 August 2011 Aiyda (talk | contribs) (34,786 bytes) (→Abstinence and child sex abuse: No fan of Dorries *at all* but we can't just mention random blogs which attack her) The point of this reference was to site informed criticism of Dorries's comments, the blogger mentioned, who's post received national press coverage at the time, is a victim of childhood sexual abuse, and is therefore quite qualified to attack these remarks. Although you may not be a "fan" of Dorries the version that has my link removed has NO informed criticism at all for these obscene remarks, hardly fair, eh? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Toss.er live (talkcontribs)

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
