Thanks for uploading Image:Leucaenaleucocephalaseed.jpg. However, the image may soon be deleted unless we can determine the copyright holder and copyright status. The Wikimedia Foundation is very careful about the images included in Wikipedia because of copyright law (see Wikipedia's Copyright policy).

The copyright holder is usually the creator, the creator's employer, or the last person who was transferred ownership rights. Copyright information on images is signified using copyright templates. The three basic license types on Wikipedia are open content, public domain, and fair use. Find the appropriate template in Wikipedia:Image copyright tags and place it on the image page like this: {{TemplateName}}.

Please signify the copyright information on any other images you have uploaded or will upload. Remember that images without this important information can be deleted by an administrator.

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you have questions about copyright tagging of images, post on Wikipedia talk:Image copyright tags or User talk:Carnildo/images. 11:45, 10 March 2006 (UTC)

Thank you for experimenting with Wikipedia. Your test worked, and it has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any other tests you may want to do. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia. Do NOT add commercial links to Wikipedia. They will be removed. See Wikipedia:External links for more information. -- Chris53516 (Talk) 22:33, 3 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

References

[edit]

Have a look at kora kora for a better way of doing refs. Jimfbleak (talk) 19:02, 29 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The old pictures are out of copyright, and can be used as such. It's up to you to sort out copyright on the others, but you will need to get permission to use images under the GFDL licence. If you get permission from the author, leave a message explaining the details on the article's talk page and send an email with the message to "permissions-en (at) wikimedia (dot) org". See Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for instructions. Any problems with uploading or choosing the right licence, let me know. Jimfbleak (talk) 19:44, 29 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Yoo ye eun.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Yoo ye eun.jpg. You've indicated that the image meets Wikipedia's criteria for non-free content, but there is no explanation of why it meets those criteria. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. If you have any questions, please post them at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions.

Thank you for your cooperation. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. STBotI (talk) 11:06, 20 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Furious Five on Kung Fu Panda

[edit]

I noted the homage to the various animals styles myself while watching the movie, but the section needs a supporting source. It is little more than original research without a notable reference (preferably some kind of published interview) that specifically states each of the furious five embody these animal styles. If you can't provide a source with the next couple of days, I'm going to remove the section until you are or another editor can find such a source. I'm all about martial arts, but you have to remember this is an encyclopedia. --Ghostexorcist (talk) 21:48, 14 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

What's obvious to you and me may not be to someone else. Please see WP:Cite for the policy on citation. --Ghostexorcist (talk) 17:08, 15 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I see that you added a source. Thank you. --Ghostexorcist (talk) 17:10, 15 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Notice

The article Operation Goshen has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Not clearly a notable historical event - does not generate a single hit from Google Scholar.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
