Welcome to Wikipedia My name is Jim, and I edit here with the username of "Cullen328". I've been contributing to Wikipedia for 2-1/2 years now. I am an Online Ambassador, and I have offered to help students in the class you are in, Language Development. Please feel free to ask me any questions at all about editing Wikipedia.

There are many helpful resources available for new Wikipedia editors. One that I like is WP:PRIMER, which is a one-stop introduction intended to help newcomers to better understand the basics of Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. The best advice that I can give you to learn how to be a good Wikipedia editor is to actually edit articles, edit talk pages and edit your own user pages. Add high quality references to articles, improve the accuracy and improve the prose, and everyone here will sing your praises. Feel free to visit my user page and my talk page, and feel free to ask any question at any time. Thank you.

Hey Adam, you asked me which age group i was interested in working with and to be honest I'm still trying to figure out the exact details of what exactly i want to do. I know i want to be a help to children so im thinking i would like to work with kids probably about 15 and youger, but im still open to a lot of options i suppose. I think its great you want to work with autistic children though and i hope that really works out for you. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Cindyy1 (talkcontribs) 17:37, 3 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Special education

[edit]

Hello Adam,

I noticed that you are interested in Special Education. I have a son who is 22 years old and has just left our Special Education program in the Napa Valley, which has supported him since pre-school. He has Sotos Syndrome and just started working in a sheltered workshop program at the beginning of January. Quite a transition for him. I have the highest regard for Special Education professionals. I wish you the best. Cullen328 Let's discuss it 03:37, 4 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
