Please stop. If you continue to remove content from pages, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. ForestH2
This is your last warning. The next time you vandalize a page, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Your edits are highly disruptive. ForestH2
Please Do Not Remove Warnings

Harry Potter Articles
[edit]Please do not remove content from Wikipedia; it is considered vandalism. If you want to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. ForestH2 22:41, 14 November 2024 (UTC)
- I did give an edit summary; if you don't feel my edit summary was valid reason, then just say so before reverting my changes. AgentPeppermint 23:40, 10 June 2006 (UTC)
- What I am saying is why do you not want the part about fanfiction in the articles? Also, Proffeser Binns' is first name should remain on here. ForestH2
- I think it's best if we keep a character's article or section free of what they are like in fanfiction, simply because this is an encyclopedia and it's better to stick to what is actually true in canon about the character. Also, Professor Binns' first name has only been seen on an earlier draft that was not the final version; his name might have been changed since then. AgentPeppermint 00:08, 11 June 2006 (UTC)
- Name's don't change. I'm going to have say, that his name is to be kept in the article however what about creating a page about Harry Potter characters in fanfiction or something like that? ForestH2 22:41, 14 November 2024 (UTC)

Not again...
[edit]Your recent edits showed enough harm in hurting the encylopedia. If you vandalize a page one more time you may blocked for disruption. ForestH2
This is enough
[edit]This is your last warning. The next time you remove content from a page, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Your edits are becoming highly disrputive and you maybe blocked for a while if you keep doing what you are doing. ForestH2
Shan't be editing 'til the edit war dies down...
[edit]See above. AgentPeppermint 00:15, 12 June 2006 (UTC)
- You take no notice of creating articles, and a lot of other stuff. Go ahead and keep editing but why not create an article such as Harry Potter characters in Fan-Fiction And you don't seem to even want to create this article, why remove the stuff we already have. If you haven't read the sixth book, I suggest you read it as per your edits on Gregory Goyle. If indeed you have read it, then your edits would be vandalisim. Go ahead and keep editing but think about what your doing before you do it. ForestH2
Last Warning
[edit]You need to create a page called Harry Potter in Fan-Fiction or something. --ForestH2
I thought you left. Anyway, I don't know much about fanfiction, but what I do know is that what the character is like in fanfiction shouldn't be on the character's info page, as well as other things not specifically mentioned in canon, such as Gregory Goyle's feelings at the end of Half-Blood Prince. AgentPeppermint 17:19, 26 June 2006 (UTC)
- I have left. What I need you to do for me to remove the warning is to create the page Harry Potter in Fan Fiction. If you read the book, Rowling says so in it. ForestH2 21:18, 26 June 2006 (UTC)
- It already exists, but it needs a lot of work. AgentPeppermint 21:21, 26 June 2006 (UTC)
- I've added a cleanup sign. ForestH2
Minor Edits
[edit]Sorry to bother you with this, but I was wondering why you were making minor edits to so many articles. Most of the edits seem to be non-viewable differences, and some are in fact removing preferred white space before stub markers. I believe this type of editing tends to unnecessarily increase database size and confuse page history, and in the case of the stub edits, makes them less readable. Respectfully --Brian G 18:03, 29 June 2006 (UTC)
- I'm not sorry at all to bother you, partly because I don't expect you to pay a bit of attention, but allow me to amplify the above comment: Stop removing white space above stub tags. It's not funny, it's not weird or eccentric or whatever it is you're trying to prove. It's just obnoxious (and I hope that that's not what you're going for). It makes the page less readable, and it takes up unnecessary disk space saving a pointlessly edited version of the page. --ShelfSkewed [Talk] 04:49, 10 November 2006 (UTC)
- You have apparently been asked repeatedly to stop making minor edits merely to remove white space. Does the reasoning behind why this is undesirable not make sense to you? --Spentangeli 05:21, 11 December 2006 (UTC)

Please do not add nonsense to Wikipedia. It is considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you. Treebark (talk) 16:28, 16 July 2006 (UTC)
It's not vandalism; I was just noting that the character wasn't in the book. As all the other actors on the page played characters who were in the books, I figured it was worth noting that this particular character wasn't. AgentPeppermint 16:31, 16 July 2006 (UTC)
- No actully, post it on the Nigel page. It's not worth posting it on the William Melling page, as the section is supposed to be only about William Melling and maybe a brief sentence that he played Nigel. Treebark (talk) 16:33, 16 July 2006 (UTC)
- Seeing as there is no Nigel page and it would be pointless to create one, I won't be doing anything else with my now deleted sentence stating that Nigel wasn't in the book. AgentPeppermint 16:37, 16 July 2006 (UTC)

Synesthesia
[edit]As to your desire to experience synesthesia, have you ever played the Playstation 2 game Rez? The game features a soundtrack that integrates with the enviroment and both evolve as you delve deeper into the game's levels (referred to as layers). Your avatar in the game evolves from a vaguely humanoid figure in a prone position with its limbs hanging limply below it through various forms, becoming a human in the lotus position and eventually evolving two levels further (I won't spoil those for you). Your avatar attacks by emitting beams of various shapes from various points on its "body" depending on which level it has currently evolved to, with the beams possibly representing the evolution of thought ( an example being the 4th form (if my memory serves me) shooting white beams which can only move in 90 degree angles towards the enemy). All of your actions in the game (shooting a projectile, destroying an enemy, moving to a new level, etc.) have sounds which blend into and become part of the song playing further increasing the ability of the player to experience synethesia. I would highly recommend purchasing or otherwise experiencing this game (preferably in a pitch black room with surround sound or headphones), and if you have any questions about it, obtaining it, etc. feel free to contact me on my user page.
I thought I'd add that I was of course referring to the voluntarily induced state of mind, not the involuntary mental disorder (which I'd actually never heard the word Synesthesia used for until reading that Wiki article). Just thought I'd clear that up, if you're referring to a desire to have the disorder I doubt I can help you.N9philim 01:45, 14 December 2006 (UTC)
Removing spaces before stubs
[edit]Hi, just to let you know, it's quite common for editors to purposefully leave 2 blank lines before a stub template, so that it is more obviously separate from the article's contents. Going through dozens of articles removing the extra blank line isn't particularly helpful, and I'd suggest your time could perhaps be better spent elsewhere. Thanks! :) -Quiddity 19:54, 14 December 2006 (UTC)

I noticed that the categories on Hinoto were removed, I'm just curious as to why that was done (especially if it's because of a policy I'm not aware of). Thanks. Katsuhagi 21:18, 19 May 2007 (UTC)
- It's a redirect. Redirects do not need categories. AgentPeppermint 21:19, 19 May 2007 (UTC)
- I don't think that's how it works. The policy says that "Redirects should not normally contain categories that would fit on the target page because it can result in duplicate listings of the same page within a category. Relevant categories should be moved to the main page where the redirect is pointing" but nothing saying that they shouldn't have categories period. I don't think that page fits that, and there are many fictional characters whose pages are redirects that have been categorized in the past and I know quite a few people find those categorized entries helpful. Your Revert on Ian Somerhalder
[edit]I don't think your revert of Ian Somerhalder was a case of vandalism. You cited it as rvv. There had been some discussion on the talk page about removing that section. User pages
[edit]Hi Agent! I noticed you had done some editing on my user page. And I had a look and noticed that you have done a lot of editing on other user pages - sometimes quite bold editing where you delete content. I also notice that you do not talk to the users to let them know what you have done. Though you may feel that what you are doing is a Good Thing, a number of editors would be unhappy with your behaviour. I have undone the edits on my page, and - in the course of looking at the edits you have recently done to other user pages - I have rolled back some of your bolder edits where you have deleted or changed content. You clearly have people's well being at heart, and you are doing these edits in Good Faith, however you are going against guidelines: Wikipedia:User_page#Ownership_and_editing_of_pages_in_the_user_space and Wikiquette. Edits of other people's user pages are OK if you are reverting vandalism, or removing material that is obscene or against Wikipedia policies, or if the person allows you to edit. Otherwise it is best not to, as it can upset folks out of all proportion to what you have done. People who have been here a while would regard even a minor correction of their user page to be a violation of their personal space. Strange and touchy folks here!
I have noticed that other users have brought this to your attention previously - along with removing white space. I know about removing white space. I used the AWB Wiki Tool about a year ago - and that would remove white space. And then I got some sharp comments about letting the Tool do that.
Most of us do things that we then find out are not popular or accepted things to do! No worries about it, as long as we take on board the advise and adjust our behaviour. It's all part of the long, slow learning curve!
Wishing you well. SilkTork 12:59, 14 August 2007 (UTC)

Hello again can you please take part in this discussion. It is about a point which needs making clearer regarding the Remus Lupin article. Seen as I see a large number of edits made by yourself on this article, I thought I'd ask you. Cheers, Lradrama 20:37, 19 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit]Hello. Please don't forget to provide an edit summary, which wasn't included with your recent edit to Jack McCoy. Thank you. You caught that one before I did, but in the future please use an edit summary when reverting vandalism. MBK004 23:46, 22 October 2007 (UTC)

AfD nomination of List of The Fairly OddParents characters
[edit]An editor has nominated List of The Fairly OddParents characters, an article on which you have worked or that you created, for deletion. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also "What Wikipedia is not").
Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of The Fairly OddParents characters and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).
You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 19:44, 7 January 2008 (UTC)
I've added Weds to Redirects for deletion. Since you are one of two creators, I thought I'd add this here.--Prosfilaes (talk) 22:32, 12 May 2008 (UTC)
Undoing edits with no explanation
[edit]Hi, I added a category to Bill Clinton, and you removed it with no explanation. So... I guess you're not retired anymore? I'd appreciate an explanation, or something. A random undo doesn't tell me much. Cheers →mrs smartygirl← | Talk 16:29, 16 May 2013 (UTC)
Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
