Hello Eddie. Unfortunately I'm not an image expert either. :-/ But I think I've experienced this problem once too. If I recall well, I solved it by saving the file under another extension. I now upload only pictures that are either .png or .jpg. That might work, no guarantees though. :-P My e-mail: Husond at gmail dot com. Best regards, Húsönd 22:12, 13 June 2007 (UTC)
- Perfect. :-/ Oh well, seems like I'm gonna have to take a picture of my own mop and bucket, then there'll be no more pesky copyright concerns. Thanks for telling me. By the way, I had just listed you on my RFA page, which means I think you're doing a very good job. :-) Best regards, Húsönd 23:19, 13 June 2007 (UTC)
- Why, I wish I had placed you there sooner. :-) Keep up the good work. By the way, if you're interested in becoming an admin, I can later make a review of your preparedness. Best regards, Húsönd 23:30, 13 June 2007 (UTC)
RE: I've Joined You/Signature Shop/Policy Page
Hey Boricuaeddie. I'm glad to hear the the honorable Husond recognized you. Thanks for your opinion of my Policy Page, and thanks for fixing the grammar mistake. By the way, I created a proposal for a task force here, which has not had much interest. I would appreciate it, if you would drop by and give your opinions. Cheers. --Tλε Rαnδom Eδιτor (ταlκ) 01:23, 14 June 2007 (UTC)

Re: WP:UAA
Thank you for making a report about Kennedy2002 (talk · contribs) at Wikipedia:Usernames for administrator attention. Unfortunately your report has been removed due to the username not violating policy, or not being blatant enough for a block. Please remember you should only post blatant infringements on this page. Others should be discussed with the user in question first, using the {{UsernameConcern}} template. A request for comment can be filed if the user disagrees that their name is against the username policy, or has continued to edit after you have expressed your concern. Thank you. Long story short, we can't really say that it will be mistaken with a real Kennedy ;) -- lucasbfr talk 19:10, 14 June 2007 (UTC)
Rfa
Hey. It's me. I just wanted to tell you that I think you should be nominated for Admin. statics. What do you think. I have become involved in voting in RFA's, and think you could become one!
Politics rule 22:01, 14 June 2007 (UTC)
- Thanks. I am not going to worry. this user is new, and may not be too familiar with userboxes. I am happy I'm doing RFA's now. I want to make sure only right people become ADMINS!
Politics rule 22:09, 14 June 2007 (UTC)
- Ok then. Good luck. Let me know when you get nominated, and I will put in a good word!

Lol, obviously I'm not the only one noticing you've been doing a good job. I have another review for tonight, I'll make yours afterwards (likely tomorrow). Best regards, Húsönd 22:55, 14 June 2007 (UTC)
Thanks
Hey, Thank you so much for that award. I love turning people into Wikipedians. Sorry it took me so long to respond, I was in PR for a month (I live in CT) and chekcing anything on the Internet was not a priority, the beach was. I love your page, looks really nice. Keep up the good work and if you haven't yet, join the PR Project. The info is on my user page.--Charleenmerced Talk 17:20, 15 June 2007 (UTC)
Mini-review
Oh, don't worry, a quick review would only take a few minutes. Anyway, seems like you're doing a very well-balanced job, I see vandalfight, participation in WP:XFD, WP:RFA, speedy deletion tagging, welcoming, and on top of all that, I see a very friendly user. Those are the ingredients for a promising administrator. Keep that up and in a month or so I'll be glad to offer to nominate you. :-) Best regards, Húsönd 23:11, 15 June 2007 (UTC)
Co. Nominator
Hey. I was wondering, When Husond nominates you, would you like me to co-nominate you. In order for me to do that, I need your permission. Husond said he has no problem with this!

Portal
Hello. Sure, I'm glad to see you're interested in contributing to a portal. You can help with virtually every section of the portal, by adding news, did you know's, etc.. You may also suggest content to be selected to appear on the portal, such as the selected picture/article/biography (I don't know how the selection system works in Portal:Puerto Rico but you may find out on the talk page). You may also help with these requests there. :-) Best regards, Húsönd 21:37, 16 June 2007 (UTC)
Thanks!
Thank you very much for wishing me a happy birthday, it made my day that little bit brighter. Cheers! Dfrg.msc 06:23, 17 June 2007 (UTC)
Main Page
Surprise! History of Puerto Rico has been selected for presentation on the Main Page for Monday, June 18, 2007 (tomorrow!). My congratulations to all editors who helped bring this important Puerto Rican topic to FA, especially to Joelito. But don't celebrate yet. There's two important things we should do:
- Review the article. Since it became FA, it has received extensive edits from users, and therefore may need copy-editing and MOS-adjustments for presentation. Some users related to the Main Page-selection process have already made many edits, and we should continue their good work to make sure the article is pristine.
- WATCH IT!! Given the Main Page's exposure (millions view it every day), FA articles which are presented there get viewed by many people, including vandals. Please watch the page carefully, reverting vandalism as you go. I've seen Main Page articles get overwhelmed with vandalism, and since many more people keep going to it on the Main Page, we don't want them to see a vandalized article. This is a 24 hour task (as long as its presented), and requires the collaboration of the entire Puerto Rico WikiProject.
Well, gente, take pride that on June 18, Puerto Rico's history will be presented on the grandest of pages in Wikipedia. Peace! - Mtmelendez (Talk|UB|Home) 10:15, 17 June 2007 (UTC)

Re:WP:UAA
I turned down the block request basically because the user in question appears to be a constructive editor. Also, I think usernames up to 35 characters are fine, as long as they are not apparently random. I've left a note on their talk page to see if they are willing to change the username, not a compulsory request though. About the shorter usernames being blocked, they're probably either random or have inappropriate meanings, in any case, I don't feel comfortable blocking a good-faith and established editor. Yours truly, Peacent 04:08, 20 June 2007 (UTC)
Translation
Sounds great. Check User:Ral315/Board 2007 to help with translation. Ral315 » 15:22, 20 June 2007 (UTC)
- The translated versions will go to Meta Wiki, and I'd like to let local users of those wikis know (if you edit the Spanish Wikipedia, you might inform them of it at a Village Pump-like page) I've also moved your page directly to Wikipedia:Wikipedia Signpost/Special/2007-06/es; that way the history remains intact, and it all stays in one central area for convenience. Ral315 » 20:28, 20 June 2007 (UTC)
Reports to UFA
Not meaning to sound nasty or anything but I stronly suggest you read the username policy as some of your reports to WP:UFA are inaccurate and do not violate the username policy, for example Influxive is not a violation as its not a company name, I shall remove the inaccurate report but please be more careful and try to assume good faith.
Kindest Regards
The Sunshine Man 15:26, 20 June 2007 (UTC)
- Also just before I forget username can be of a large-ish length as long as they're not randomly typed characters, for example Cant sleep, clown will eat me. The Sunshine Man 15:28, 20 June 2007 (UTC)

Yes, written Portuguese is similar to Spanish, so you won't have much trouble in understanding a Portuguese text. I didn't know you were a native speaker of Spanish. Feel free to contact me in Spanish if you ever feel like writing in your other language. Spanish has no secrets to me. ;-) Best regards, Húsönd 17:08, 21 June 2007 (UTC)
- Hi again. Unfortunately, as you can see in one of my userboxes, I boycott the Portuguese Wikipedia. No edits there whatsoever, and so shall it be unless there's a complete though unlikely overhaul and language split. Sorry. Regards, Húsönd 23:46, 21 June 2007 (UTC)
Thanks :)

Olá Eddie. Parabéns pelos teus progressos no português! :-) I'm glad to see I sowed some interest in the language I speak mostly. Minor corrections: "Graças a ti, eu agora falo um pouco de português". I would also rather end with "O teu amigo" instead of "Seu amigo" (which sounds a bit formal). Still, well done, I'm proud of you! :-) O teu amigo, Húsönd 14:30, 24 June 2007 (UTC)

Re. Userpage
Well, that's because some time ago I "fixed" my userpage components so that they would look decently organized in IE. At the moment I believe that there are few remaining differences such as the smooth edges, which IE won't recognize. Not to mention that opening my userpage with IE causes an ancient spell to be cast upon the defiler. One of your home appliances will mysteriously appear broken within a week. You had been warned. Question from an adoptee
Are my reverts going ok? I'm not certain if I am providing enough of a reason for my reverts and to me it looks like rollbacks are a bit drastic for a simple good-faith edit, even if I explain. Is it ok? Sorry if it seems like a silly question! Thanks! Smaug123 19:00, 26 June 2007 (UTC)

Re: Pagestyle stealing
Couldn't help but comment! The design looks good. Serious. Frankly, I don't see any difference at all b/w what I've done and what you've done. So firstly, kudos. Secondly, you might wanna work on a particular theme. The contrasting colors do look good, if that's what you want. And please don't be offended that I'm commenting without being asked to. :D I usually love doing that. Lemme know if you need any help. But of course, Phaedriel's the one to go to for stuff like this. :) Cheerio and happy Wiki-ing!!! aJCfreak yAk 18:50, 28 June 2007 (UTC)
- Sorry for the late reply, was out the whole day. Of course you can call me 'Dan' (almost everybody does?!) :) And by a particular theme, I meant that you could work on a set of colours; like Phaedriel uses a pinkish theme - hues and shades of pink. I was trying to use a blueish theme, but 've added a bit of brown at the bottom. You could work on that, if you wish. It would give a certain coherence to the page, IMO. However, you're free to choose! :) aJCfreak yAk 15:27, 29 June 2007 (UTC)

My dear Eddie
My sweet Eddie, it is a huge compliment that such a compassionate and kind person like you has liked my design so much as to use it (and I agree that Dan's enhancements are awesome!) Your modifications look great to me! The color theme is beautiful as well. Go ahead, and post it at your userpage at will! I can do a few minor adjustments if you want, like centering the userboxes; just let me know, and I'll gladly put myself to work. While I'm here, let me tell you you're one of the kindest, friendliest persons I've been blessed to meet here, and I'm sure we share a lot of views. No matter what, keep it up; it's because of people like you that a shiny light of hope shines on at this place, and helps and guides others. Love, your friend, Phaedriel - 16:07, 29 June 2007 (UTC)
