antichrist

[edit]

I am sorry man, if it was a valid edit, then it is my bad. I see alot of vandalized edits and certain things are more likley to make it appear as vandalism. one of them is not citing sources. The other is edits from unregistered accounts! I am sorry about my mistake and I will work more carefully to prevent it in the future! Thanks for your contribution to the article and welcome to wikipedia! Chris Kreider - HFF 04:24, 21 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Patient safety

[edit]

I restored the internal link that you edited, to the paragraph describing the start up of the APSF, since there isn't any other article on APSF (yet) on Wikipedia. Once an article on the APSF is authored, this could be changed to a Wikilink. Also, I'd recommend using the edit comment box to tell other editors why you add or remove material. nurse anesthetist

[edit]

Please stop assuming ownership of articles such as nurse anesthetist. Doing so may lead to disruptive behavior such as edit wars and is a violation of policy, which may lead to a block from editing. Contributions/129.176.151.10 (talk) 16:32, 15 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You have been accused of sockpuppetry. Please refer to Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Eclipse Anesthesia for evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with notes for the suspect before editing the evidence page. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Fuzbaby (talkcontribs) 02:18, 16 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
