SkyTrain Map
[edit]I've see you've replaced the SkyTrain route diagram with one you created. It's a great map, however would it be possible for you to reupload your map in a SVG instead of a PNG? If the map was vectorized, it would be a lot easier to resize the image without distortion. The only concern I have with the map is the SkyTrain logo on the map, which is copyrighted. Thanks. єmarsee • Speak up! 02:59, 10 August 2009 (UTC)
- I've SVGed EVERYTHING now. Took a little while. I just found we had too many styles of maps and you don't find that on some of the other wiki pages, i.e. Hong Kong MTR. Everything looks very similar with each other. At least now it's consistent. I've also removed the SkyTrain logo and reorganized everything so it's all more clear.User talk:Adrianhjleung01:24, 26 August 2009
- The problem with your maps currently is that they are PNGs embedded within a SVG file, not a real SVG file. If it was a real SVG file, I would be able to zoom in very far and not see any degrading of quality. I've taken screenshots to show my point. Here's your SVG map at 100%, here my SVG map at 100%. єmarsee • Speak up! 17:02, 26 August 2009 (UTC)
- In the process of redoing all of them. The main issue is that my program doesn't save SVG files properly... all the texts gets messed up. So what I'm doing is I'm redoing the text on inkscape right now.Usertalk:Adrianhjleung
- I forgot to mention to convert all of you text to outlines. MediaWiki has some trouble rendering the SVG text correctly. єmarsee • Speak up! 16:17, 27 August 2009 (UTC)

[edit]Please remember to mark your edits as minor if (and only if) they genuinely are minor edits (see Help:Minor edit). Marking a major change as a minor one is considered poor etiquette. The rule of thumb is that only an edit that consists solely of spelling corrections, formatting changes, or rearranging of text without modifying content should be flagged as a 'minor edit.' Some of your edits to YVR-Airport Station, SkyTrain (Vancouver), Canada Line and Millennium Line that you marked as minor didn't meet this criteria. Klparrot (talk) 23:25, 27 August 2009 (UTC)
