Robert E Howard's character

Adam, the article you split needs to be rejoined to its original parent article. It's not a standalone article and the information is safer preserved nested within another article where it won't be ripe for AfD.SkyWriter (Tim) (talk) 21:00, 1 January 2010 (UTC)

Re: REH

Thank you so much for updating and shepherding this entry. The work you've put in looks fantastic, and you've definitely earned a place on the Shield Wall for it! You may wish to consider adding to the media appearances that I adapted and performed as Costigan in the Radio Plays. I've got an wiki entry, but it needs work, too. Best wishes, Mark Finn —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.23.219.61 (talk) 09:33, 4 January 2010 (UTC)

Just to let you know, your recent edits to Minor characters of Days of our Lives were reverted because per WP:V, fan sites are now allowed as sources. This includes sites such as Soaps.com, soapoperafan.com, soapcentral.com, etc..only verifiable information may be added. Also, day to day summaries and dates of action are not needed in these summaries. Please help the articles by re-writing them so they include real world sources of notability. Thank you! Have a great weekend. Rm994 (talk) 18:17, 30 January 2010 (UTC)

WikiProject Films Tag & Assess 2009-2010

I just wanted to let you know that I was working on assessing some articles that fell under your scope. That being said, you might need to go over your adopted articles. ≈Alessandro T C 07:11, 17 February 2010 (UTC)

No, it's perfectly fine. To be honest, I'm glad you made something out of my sandbox because I haven't been on Wikipedia for quite a while. :) King Wagga (talk) 21:30, 18 February 2010 (UTC)

Starfleet Rank Pics

Thanks for changing the licensing on my pics so they can be wikipedia compliant. I seem to have trouble knowing what to do with that. I'm not really very good with this stuff but think these pics should be here. Is there anything you can do to help me save the rank pics from the original series that were deleted? Thanks! --Flans44 (talk) 00:44, 24 February 2010 (UTC)

Thanks for uploading File:JuliaThyer.JPG. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

PLEASE NOTE:

  • I am a bot, and will therefore will not be able to answer your questions.
  • I will remove the request for deletion if the file is used once again.

I have nominated Category:Comics articles that need real world chronology (edit | talk | history | links | watch | logs) for deletion. Your opinions on the matter are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at the discussion page. Thank you. James Whitcomb Riley

Hello! Several days ago you indicated you were reviewing GA nominee James Whitcomb Riley, Talk:James Whitcomb Riley/GA1. However, a week has past and you have posted no comments. I appreciate your effort in reviewing the article, but if you believe you are going to be unable to accommodate a review in the near future, would you please consider placing the review back on hold so another reviewer who may be able to do it sooner could have a chance? Thanks —Charles Edward (Talk | Contribs) 13:08, 10 May 2010 (UTC)

Starfleet insignia

I have rolled back your edit. I do not wish to appear heavy-handed here, but please note WP:VANDALISM - "Using material on Wikipedia in ways which violate Wikipedia's copyright policies after having been warned is vandalism. Because users may be unaware that the information is copyrighted, or of Wikipedia policies on how such material may and may not be used, such action only becomes vandalism if it continues after the copyrighted nature of the material and relevant policy restricting its use have been communicated to the user.". Please take this message as such a warning. Please also note that removal of such copyright-violations is not subject to WP:3RR, as per the policy page. Black Kite (t) (c) 00:21, 14 May 2010 (UTC)

Now that's just silly. My edits are explicitly not vandalism. We are at the discussion stage of the Bold, revert, discuss cycle. At worst, I am merely being slightly disruptive (again not vandalism, and I don't think I'm being disruptive in any case). I have addressed your claim more than once; you have yet to address mine. I have laid out a possible compromise; you have accused me of vandalism. I will revert, as stated on the article talk page, if you do not discuss this matter properly like an adult. - AdamBMorgan (talk) 01:13, 14 May 2010 (UTC)
I have replied on the article talk page, in case anyone else thinks that reverting to the original state is a good idea. Black Kite (t) (c) 06:37, 14 May 2010 (UTC)

There has to be something we can do here. This is all just silly! Having one pic doesn't really make any sense. Although I can easily provide one pic of all of the pins together if that makes it better.--Flans44 (talk) 18:05, 18 May 2010 (UTC)

TGWTG

Thanks for the talk message, Adam. I know that Michaud doesn't have jurisdiction here on Wikipedia. However, he is the CEO of the company and I'm just saying that he would like to keep Wikipedia's page as accurate as possible. The wiki in which I am one of the main admins of is accurate and we'd like the information here to be the same. I know he doesn't own the page. No one does. We just would like information to be valid. As for Rizzo, it's best to ignore him and revert when/if he pops up. I did edit that Channel Awesome page, too with Michaud's guidance. I'm glad you caught the vandalism. It might be best to keep an eye on the page just in case. I'm not sure if it is him. A simple IP check would reveal the answer, I believe. Just keep an eye out, Adam.

I'm not sure who it is. All I know is that the page also seems to have a lot of opinion and that's a wikipedia no no. Film Brain found slanderous information saying he was unpopular and asked the wiki team to edit things. Like you said, the wikia is connected to Channel Awesome. We have staff on the wiki who are also contributors. We work very closely with the main site. So, if you have questions about facts or anything, just give me a shout here or at the wiki. Oh and using the talk page was probably my only option at that point.

Thanks!

Cferra (talk) 17:09, 15 May 2010 (UTC)

Hey. I just undid an edit by DasKool. He keeps editing the info about Transmission Awesome. I fear there might be another edit war. That and he added info about where Aussie is now. We do not need to know that information. Keep an eye on this guy. Cferra (talk) 14:10, 26 May 2010 (UTC)

Edit: Now a random IP is causing problems on the page. I need your help, man. Cferra (talk) 03:49, 27 May 2010 (UTC)

You are now a Reviewer

Hello. Your account has been granted the "reviewer" userright, allowing you to review other users' edits on certain flagged pages. Pending changes, also known as flagged protection, is currently undergoing a two-month trial scheduled to end 15 August 2010.

Reviewers can review edits made by users who are not autoconfirmed to articles placed under pending changes. Pending changes is applied to only a small number of articles, similarly to how semi-protection is applied but in a more controlled way for the trial. The list of articles with pending changes awaiting review is located at Special:OldReviewedPages.

When reviewing, edits should be accepted if they are not obvious vandalism or BLP violations, and not clearly problematic in light of the reason given for protection (see Wikipedia:Reviewing process). More detailed documentation and guidelines can be found here.

If you do not want this userright, you may ask any administrator to remove it for you at any time. Courcelles (talk) 02:21, 18 June 2010 (UTC)

About the Room review.

Hey. How are you? I thought I'd tell you about The Room review news. I can't say much. But, you should probably remove that bit in the episode guide saying "The episode is currently unavailable on the main site due to it putting strain on the blip.tv servers." You should probably wait until there's official word from Michaud. If it was the case of videos crashing blip, then more videos on blip would have been effected. We don't know all what really happened and will find out soon enough. The CA wiki has the summary up and was told to stand by. Also, Obscurus Lupa's review of The Room was also taken down. So, make of that what you will. Cferra (talk) 16:46, 16 July 2010 (UTC)

Great updates to this page! It's nice to see an article get that fleshed out in a manner of a few hours after being created. Nice work! ialsoagree (talk) 20:39, 21 July 2010 (UTC)

Robert Shaw

Thanks for starting the article on Robert Shaw. I added some movie credits and a link that includes a biography - he led an amazing life (Memorial Website and Biography). I'd add a bio but I'm a relative and don't want to break the rules. So please check out the link and maybe add some bio info to his article. Thanks! --Flavasabre (talk) 09:19, 13 November 2010 (UTC)

Nomination of The Spoony Experiment for deletion

The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/The Spoony Experiment until a consensus is reached, and you are welcome to contribute to the discussion.

You may edit the article during the discussion, including to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion template from the top of the article. Ten Pound Hammer, his otters and a clue-bat • (Otters want attention) 01:59, 18 November 2010 (UTC)

Spoony

So even though there isn't a reliable source on the whole damn internet, it somehow gets a free pass just because of one piddling award? That makes a hell of a lot of sense... not. Ten Pound Hammer, his otters and a clue-bat • (Otters want attention) 20:59, 18 November 2010 (UTC)
