User talk:Acumensch/blank page debate
Please do not replace Wikipedia pages with blank content. Blank pages are harmful to Wikipedia because they have a tendency to confuse readers. If it is a duplicate article, please redirect it to an appropriate existing page. If the page has been vandalised, please revert it to the last legitimate version. If you feel that the content of a page is inappropriate, please edit the page and replace it with appropriate content. If you believe there is no hope for the page, please see the deletion policy for how to proceed. Thanks for contributing to Wikipedia! Wildthing61476 21:27, 2 October 2006 (UTC)
Your articles
[edit]You have created a number of articles (such as Mark Blaug) which have been tagged for speedy deletion, since they have no content at all, just a category. There is not even enough content here to label them as stubs, so they are not accepatable. Fan-1967 21:29, 2 October 2006 (UTC)
Please refrain from creating inappropriate pages. It is considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox.

- Please familiarize yourself with Wikipedia's notability guidelines for whether an individual should have their own encyclopedia article. (You also might want to check out the proposed guideline specifically for academics.) It seems many of the stubs you are creating fail to assert notability, and may qualify for deletion. (Most of your empty pages have already been deleted). Thanks. --ZimZalaBim (talk) 22:09, 2 October 2006 (UTC)
Removing warnings
[edit]Please do not remove legitimate warnings from your talk page or replace them with inappropriate content. Removing or maliciously altering warnings from your talk page will not remove them from the page history. You're welcome to archive your talk page, but be sure to provide a link to any deleted legitimate comments. If you continue to remove or vandalize legitimate warnings from your talk page, you will lose your privilege of editing your talk page. Thanks. --ZimZalaBim (talk) 22:13, 2 October 2006 (UTC)
