You are going about this the wrong way. If you want to argue for a name change for the article, the correct venue would be Talk:Jannat Zubair Rahmani. Please do not recreate the article Bibhu Aggarawal Jannat. Regards, decltype (talk) 14:44, 14 September 2017 (UTC)
