Unexplained move of Mandar kulkarni to mainspace from Draftspace

Hi,

I noticed you recently made a copy-paste move of Mandar kulkarni to the mainspace, without correcting the defects pointed out to you correctly by the previous 2 reviewers. I would like to emphasize to you that this is considered inappropriate behaviour, and would like to give you the courtesy of tagging the article for deletion the defects pointed out to you have been rectified.

Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia).
