Franklin Avenue / Botanic Garden
Per the naming conventions at the transportation project, Franklin Avenue – Botanic Garden (New York City Subway) should have a slash instead of a dash. Is that correct? DReifGalaxyM31 (talk) 20:31, 6 July 2011 (UTC)
Looking for table help on the MacBook Pro edits I made 9 July 2011
Hello - I'm somewhat new to editing tables and tried to add a column to the MacBook Pro page. Specifically I wanted to add Video Camera row in the unibody technical specifications.
I saw you have made an edit there and might be able to point me to help on how to get my edits visible. I'm struggling with the formatting of the text and my edits look fine in preview but not when live. Any suggestions on a tutorial or where I could get a hand in making that addition? Thanks Bmike8 (talk) 21:51, 9 July 2011 (UTC)
- Hi, it seems you already succeeded with your addition! The problem you may be running into is that the MacBook Pro page has two identically named subheadings called "Technical Specifications." When editing either section via a section edit link; after clicking save, your browser takes you to the first section with that name. So your edits succeeded but you were looking at the wrong section. I cleaned the row up a bit, by making the iSight entry span across four columns. Acps110 (talk • contribs) 23:15, 9 July 2011 (UTC)
- Thank you for the cookies and the assistance. I think I was confused (and/or impatient for the change to become effective). Bmike8 (talk) 20:59, 12 July 2011 (UTC)

railway station
I'm sorry but you are wrong - my changes referred specifically to the use of the word in England.
Please reinstate my changes.
If you wish to spell out that American's might use a different terminology then that's your right but it doesn't undermine what I wrote.
Train station is not English English even if it is American English - which your article actually states as incorrect.

- You are getting to the heart of Manual of Style on National Varieties of English. That guideline states that we must use a neutral point of view when writing and editing. I reverted your edit [1] primarily for your use of "Train station, correctly Railway station." (Emphasis added) This indicates bias and lack of respect for other varieties of English. One last note, it is not my article as you state above, per the ownership of articles policy. Acps110 (talk • contribs) 23:38, 18 July 2011 (UTC)
Mac mini and colspan
Not undoing your edit again. I'm aware the other tables use colspan, but I also know that it doesn't work well with some screen readers. See Wikipedia:Manual of Style (accessibility)/Data tables tutorial/Internal guidelines#Avoiding rowspan/colspan. --Jtalledo (talk) 20:23, 25 July 2011 (UTC)
- None of the specification tables would work with screen readers even with the colspan tag removed. Those tables would have to be converted from vertical to horizontal. Acps110 (talk • contribs) 18:24, 27 July 2011 (UTC)
Atlantic Branch
Sure thing; I'll get that fixed later today. Not 100% sure if I can fix it on the original, but the vector version definitely. Pi.1415926535 (talk) 13:45, 26 July 2011 (UTC)
Both files are now fixed. Thanks for letting me know. Pi.1415926535 (talk) 23:22, 26 July 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks, Looks great! Acps110 (talk • contribs) 18:29, 27 July 2011 (UTC)
