I have been granted permission from the CEO to use the same content as their website in the creation of this Wiki for a school project. They also send this SAME information to universities, vendors and libraries as their general descriptions of their company.

What do I need to do to prove I am allowed to use this material?

They cannot allow their whole website to be donated since they are a research company and have valuable data that cannot be used by everyone on the site.
