Hello Abu muttalib. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being employed (or being compensated in any way) by a person, group, company or organization to promote their interests. Paid advocacy on Wikipedia must be disclosed even if you have not specifically been asked to edit Wikipedia. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.

Paid advocates are strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Abu muttalib. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Abu muttalib|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. 331dot (talk) 20:28, 27 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hummm... It is definitely not; except that I am a big fan of her Bhojpuri Songs, and I myself belong to Bihar. Check it out, https://www.LinkedIn.com/in/abummuttalib
And had there been any payments it would had been far far less than even peanuts for me; I am a fairly capable & seasoned ICT professional and can get my end meets very well with my work for sure and I definitely do not need such kind of paid works to earn my living. Abu muttalib (talk) 20:38, 27 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
But yes, I will review the guidelines first now before posting any articles. Abu muttalib (talk) 20:39, 27 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Okay- then you can't claim that the image you posted is your own work and that you hold the copyright to it(unless you do). It's already up for deletion from Commons, but you could go and request it be deleted. 331dot (talk) 20:40, 27 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
It is not mine, except that I have cropped it from her original video. Not sure, should I attribute to her?
As you can see, both of Deepali & Aishwarya are guest of houners on Bihar Divas and had performed at the biggest open air space in whole of Patna.

You can't attribute it to her unless she is the copyright holder and has made her video available for anyone to use for any purpose(including commerical) with attribution. She probably doesn't want others selling her image, so it is unlikely that she would release the copyright in such a way. Most images found on the internet are not suitable for use on Wikipedia. They must explicitly be released under a license compatible with Wikipedia. 331dot (talk) 20:54, 27 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Reference to image removed.
It was mentioned, in the comment leading to rejection of article on the ground that there is already a page for Deepali Kishore, but that page does not list any source for any person with that name.
I will edit a phrases that looks promoting the subject of article. Abu muttalib (talk) 14:14, 28 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Images are not relevant to the draft approval process, which only considers the text and sources. Images can wait until the draft is accepted and placed in the encyclopedia. 331dot (talk) 20:41, 27 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Your submission at Articles for creation: Deepali Sahay (December 28)

[edit]
Your recent article submission has been rejected and cannot be resubmitted. If you have further questions, you can ask at the Articles for creation help desk or use Wikipedia's real-time chat help. The reason left by Bonadea was: This submission is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia. The comment the reviewer left was: Exists at Deepali Kishore, and the draft creator has been asked not to resubmit this, since we can't have two articles about the same individual. Presumably, that message hasn't reached the draft creator, so by rejecting this I'll make it easier for the editor as well as for the reviewers.
bonadea contributions talk 15:54, 28 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Please note that the draft is still not appropriate for Wikipedia, and that would be true if there wasn't an existing article. It still has no reliable independent sources, and it is written in a promotional and informal tone which doesn't work in an encyclopedia. --bonadea contributions talk 16:02, 28 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

OK. Thanks. Abu muttalib (talk) 16:05, 28 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
