The key word in the quote you cited was "significant in its particular field": three tech sites acknowledging that it exists and posting a review does not establish that; rather, it seems fairly routine coverage. Other articles not meeting standards isn't an argument to let other stuff through - rather, it's an argument to clean up or delete those other articles.
