Questions and Concerns

[edit]

Let me state from the beginning that I do not agree with much of what is currently written in this article. Just because someone chooses to call an education system "neohumanist" does not mean that neohumanism is the main feature of the education system or that neohumanism is well-reflected in, say, a kindergarten. Although there is a book of compiled articles by P.R. Sarkar that is entitled "Discourses on Neohumanist Education" - a book that was put together and published eight years after P.R. Sarkar's demise - nowhere in any of those articles do we find P.R. Sarkar using the phrase "neohumanist education". Accordingly, the question arises as to whether an article about "Neohumanist Education" even merits mention in an article on neohumanism. If so, I believe that mention should be very brief and with a caveat of some sort. My preference is to have a separate article on "Neohumanist Education" and keep the article on neohumanism dedicated to the exposition of neohumanism as a philosophical theory or social outlook. --Abhidevananda (talk) 00:26, 6 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
