You have already had a second chance. You were unblocked with the warning that "if there is even a hint of a promotional tone in your future edits, you will likely be swiftly re-blocked", but once unblocked you immediately returned to the same promotional editing about your company that got you blocked the first time. You were reblocked less than 24 hours after being unblocked. You have said more than once that you understand and will follow the guidelines. Why should we believe you this time? Your user page is not a place to tell anything and everything about yourself- it definitely is not a place to write an article-style page about yourself or to post your resume/CV. Your user page is for you to tell about yourself as a Wikipedia editor or user only. Hey guys really great advice.
