Reese Waters

I have moved the new draft to Draft:Reese Waters. It's significantly better than the first version, but there are still only two third-party sources, New York and The Wrap. Reliable sources such as those should form the basis of the article, and you should summarize neutrally (in your own words) what such third-party sources report about Waters. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted images or text borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted.
