[edit]"Chairman"—I think you could add more about Chris W. Cox. More into details about his role as NRA's lobbyist from the time period of 2002–2019 I incorporated specifics about the work he did or what those political strategies / tactics actually look like.
History: Include more information within this specific section. This could be found on Congress.gov in which you can look at the summary of the Act see if there have any updates about follow up legislation that supports this. Also look and see this influence it has played racially within our society involving presidential candidates.
Mandate: More importantly, it feel like there is a ton of substance missing from this section. Add more about who exactly these "members" may be even if it isnt all of them you could provide example of the mostly heard memebr who may be highlighted within the media.
