Information icon Hi AUSPOLLIE! I noticed that you have reverted to restore your preferred version of Franklin D. Roosevelt several times. The impulse to undo an edit you disagree with is understandable, but I wanted to make sure you're aware that the edit warring policy disallows repeated reversions even if they are justifiable.

All editors are expected to discuss content disputes on article talk pages to try to reach consensus. If you are unable to agree at Talk:Franklin D. Roosevelt, please use one of the dispute resolution options to seek input from others. Using this approach instead of reverting can help you avoid getting drawn into an edit war. Thank you. ––FormalDude (talk) 08:40, 12 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@FormalDude: My apologies. My half-siblings are Jewish and we should always be wary of attempts to use the internments (or Hiroshima and Nagasaki) as a deflection tactic from the crimes of the Empire of Japan. AUSPOLLIE (talk) 08:44, 12 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
The Americans held in internment camps had nothing to do with the crimes of the Empire of Japan. ––FormalDude (talk) 08:49, 12 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@FormalDude: As i said, that is true but along with the atomic bombings and regardless of the fact that they were Japanese-Americans and not Japanese, it is often used by the Japanese state to deflect from and obscure what Japan did in the Pacific theater during the war.
