It seems pretty clear that the only thing you are interested in doing is removing charges of sexual assault from that one article. You also inserted editorial commentary into the article--and that commentary was highly insulting, "not substantiated independently by lodging of police report and hence unreliable", as if a sexual assault can only be substantiated by a police report.
