Welcome

[edit]

Hello Andrewnheckman and welcome to Wikipedia! We appreciate encyclopedic contributions, but some of your contributions, such as the ones to KSNB-TV, do not conform to our policies. For more information on this, see Wikipedia's policies on vandalism and limits on acceptable additions. If you'd like to experiment with the wiki's syntax, please do so in the sandbox (but beware that the contents of the sandbox are deleted frequently) rather than in articles.

If you still have questions, there is a new contributors' help page, or you can click here to ask for help on your talk page, and a volunteer should respond shortly. You may also find the following pages useful for a general introduction to Wikipedia.

I hope you enjoy editing and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. Feel free to write a note on the bottom of my talk page if you want to get in touch with me. Again, welcome! Mvcg66b3r (talk) 19:14, 22 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm Mvcg66b3r. I noticed that you recently removed content from KSNB-TV without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Information icon Hello, I'm Mvcg66b3r. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, KNHL, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Cross posting the content I posted at ANI. Hey. Saw you seemed to be making edits based on what you saw on TV or whatever. All content must be cited from reliable sources that are unconnected with the subject and have a reputation for fact checking, and I've seen nothing like that, though I could be wrong. Please respond here at WP:ANI or on your talk page before adding the challenged content again. DlohCierekim (talk) 16:40, 23 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

citing

[edit]

You can use template:cite in any permutation you need based on source. There are also scripts, but I don't know where to get one. Just fill out the infor mation as appropriate and enclose between <ref> and </ref> tags the software will automatically place the citation at the bottom of the page. Information icon Please do not add original research or novel syntheses of published material to articles as you apparently did to KNHL. Please cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. Thank you. Mvcg66b3r (talk) 02:48, 5 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
