Can you include example images of article view using or without using the gagdet?--Nopetro (talk) 13:05, 28 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Sure; I'll add some soon. –Drilnoth (T • C • L) 01:01, 2 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Did you ever finish coding in the size-altering config? --King Öomie 15:23, 11 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Ah, right. Actually, User:Cacycle reworked the code and included that config option; I just haven't gotten around to documenting it yet. I haven't tested it, but it looks like adding:
var leftEditLinkFontSize = "SIZE";
To Special:MyPage/monobook.js (assuming that you use the default skin) should work, replacing SIZE with the wanted size. The default is "small", but if you want it smaller "x-small" should work. Note that the quote marks must be included or it won't work. –Drilnoth (T • C • L) 15:26, 11 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks! And yes, 'x-small' works properly. --King Öomie 15:31, 11 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Redundant?[edit]

Should this be removed, now that it is SOP?

I did not notice any conflict, but new users seeing the gadget may be confused, so perhaps it should be removed from the list of gadgets.--SPhilbrick(Talk) 13:23, 2 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Heh, I just suggested that on MediaWiki talk:Gadget-lefteditlinks before looking here (I'm the person who implemented the core change). There will be no conflict, this gadget will simply stop doing anything, but obviously it should be removed as non-functional. Matma Rex talk 16:28, 4 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Note that this source should not be removed as people on older versioned Wikis may still be using it via importScript or similar. Mark Hurd (talk) 16:21, 5 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
