Do not add copyrighted material to Wikipedia
[edit]Your recent addition to A-11 offense has been removed, as it appears to have added copyrighted material to Wikipedia without permission from the copyright holder. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
Even if you have copyright to the text and wish to license it for free use under Creative Commons or GFDL, it would still need heavy editing for use here, because it is not written in encyclopedic tone. —C.Fred (talk) 18:12, 1 August 2009 (UTC)
Sockpuppetry case
[edit]You have been accused of sockpuppetry. Please refer to Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/A11Offense for evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with notes for the suspect before editing the evidence page. Favonian (talk) 18:12, 1 August 2009 (UTC)
Sorry Fred. Our Wikipedia Account confirmation email is @a11offense.com. Your revisions back to the factually incorrect version of the A-11 Offense is inaccurate. Please refrain from any further inaccurate revisions.
- The issue currently isn't accuracy. It's copyright infringement and secondarily edit warring. You are in apparent violation of the three-revert rule at A-11 offense. —C.Fred (talk) 18:21, 1 August 2009 (UTC)
If you have knowledge of how the a-11 offense works, then attempt to edit A-11 Offense correctly. But, since you are not privy to how the new version works, whatever you post will be inaccurate.
- Has the new A-11 gotten any independent coverage? Or is the only resource the original research of its creators? —C.Fred (talk) 18:28, 1 August 2009 (UTC)
