Multiple voting

[edit]

Greetings. In the discussion about whether or not to delete the article "Small Maracanazo," you tried to vote twice. That is not acceptable. You may want to familiarize yourself with the process. Take care. -The Gnome (talk) 14:27, 9 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry, but I saw that another wikipedian voted two times changing his vote from delete to accept...so I thought that we had to vote again because the votation was reinserted from scratch. --92no0 (talk) 23:43, 9 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
We can change our vote, if we want, after, of course, we strike our previous one. But we cannot vote the same way multiple times. Multiple voting does not fool admins but it does cause some confusion. And we need clarity in such discussions, i.e. who says what, how any people support this or that, etc. It is the reason Wikipedia takes strong measures against sockpuppet accounts and warns about single-purpose accounts. Take care. -The Gnome (talk) 06:40, 10 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
