[edit]

Information icon Hi 87.242.222.53! I noticed that you have reverted to restore your preferred version of Channel Dash several times. The impulse to undo an edit you disagree with is understandable, but I wanted to make sure you're aware that the edit warring policy disallows repeated reversions even if they are justifiable.

All editors are expected to discuss content disputes on article talk pages to try to reach consensus. If you are unable to agree at Talk:Channel Dash, please use one of the dispute resolution options to seek input from others. Using this approach instead of reverting can help you avoid getting drawn into an edit war. Thank you. SerialNumber54129 15:42, 30 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

Request reason:

I've been blocked with the accusation that I am editing while logged out. I have nothing to do with the account I've been accused of logging out from. 87.242.222.53 (talk) 10:02, 1 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

A checkuser has unequivocally stated you are confirmed to be socking. 331dot (talk) 11:28, 1 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:

That is not true. I was blocked with the accusation of being User:ThoughtIdRetired. That was a wildly incorrect claim. I should not have been blocked, and the incorrectly applied block should be lifted. 87.242.222.53 (talk) 12:16, 1 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

I don't think you're ThoughtIdRetired, but I'd be willing to bet that you're still a banned editor. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 02:47, 2 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

You'll have to do better than "It's not me". Every sock says that, since that is the whole point. It's also possible you are socking with a different account(which a checkuser cannot confirm or deny). 331dot (talk) 13:11, 1 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
