[edit]Hello, I'm Belwine. I noticed that you recently removed content from Wild Hunt without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. - If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

I appreciate that you are probably a language nationalist, but I think the Roman occupation and rule and influence on Britain is pretty well documented, no? Hadrian's wall? Bodecea? Ring any bells? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 121.127.207.102 (talk) 07:34, 5 October 2022 (UTC)
- Care to be more specific? Welsh in Britain as used by the Anglo Saxons had nothing to do with Rome's occupation of Britain. Not sure why you think that. Also not sure what a 'language nationalist' is, either way I'm not Welsh. I think you're confusing the use of cognate terms for Welsh (Walhaz etc.) on the continent with that of Britain, which my statement was in reference to. 86.5.160.43 (talk) 00:58, 7 October 2022 (UTC)

[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in Godert de Ginkel, 1st Earl of Athlone, disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Thanks,NeuropolTalk 18:26, 10 April 2024 (UTC)
