I don’t understand why I’m constantly being blocked by Valereee. I tried to correct and add some facts on a page about myself- it’s very frustrating to read incorrect or incomplete “information” on the internet about oneself, and I was simply trying to make the page more factually accurate. I have no idea who this person is or why they are obsessed with undoing corrections In my page- but if anyone can explain, I would like that very much. Otherwise is there a forum where I can flag this up and report this person?

[edit]Hello, I'm The4lines. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person on Jasmine Hyde, but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source, so I removed it. Wikipedia has a very strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate and clear. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you! Signed,The4lines |||| (You Asked?) (What I have Done.) 16:13, 10 May 2020 (UTC)

Editing an article about yourself
[edit]Hi, I see you've been editing an article about yourself at Jasmine Hyde. Wikipedia strongly discourages directly editing articles with which you have a conflict of interest, but you can post to the article's talk page at Talk:Jasmine Hyde to request changes. Make sure to provide reliable sources for those changes -- a link to an article in a newspaper, for instance. For reference, here are Wikipedia's policies on Conflict-of-Interest editing and Reliable Sources. —valereee (talk) 13:53, 11 May 2020 (UTC)
Removing COI tag
[edit]Please don't remove the COI editor tag from the article about yourself, which you continue to edit after being asked not to. We will need to leave that tag on the article for as long as you continue to directly edit. You can make edit requests at the article talk page; other editors will do the direct editing if they agree with what you want added or changed. —valereee (talk) 14:44, 9 June 2020 (UTC)

This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
