[edit]Just for the record, it's not necessarily the case that I have to personally review the draft again once it's resubmitted — for example, the first reviewer doesn't even get any special notification that the draft has been resubmitted. Rather, once it's back in the approval queue again, anybody who reviews articles for that project can take on the second review — just because I'm the one who looked at it the first time doesn't mean I also have to take the lead in reviewing it the second time as well. You're actually better off with multiple different reviewers involved, because the diversity of perspectives on it will help make it a better article overall. Hope that helps a bit.
