Welcome!
Interested in becoming a regular contributor to Wikipedia? Create an account! Your , so you might receive messages on this page that were not intended for you.To have your own user pages, keep track of articles you've edited in a watchlist, and have access to a few other special features, please consider registering an account! It's fast and free. (Note: Sometimes, due to vandalism, you may be temporarily unable to register). Applying an indefinite block to this IP is not appropriate, unless it is a soft block, because the IP address will later be reallocated to a different, unrelated, and unsuspecting user, thereby impairing access to Wikipedia in an inappropriate fashion. Caution should be used when blocking this IP or reverting its contributions without checking. The best approach is to determine the CIDR IP numerical address range and make a higher-level decision to soft-block the entire range. http://www.arin.net/ (for approximately North America) and related sites can help to identify that range. Caution is advised when applying a range block as other Wikipedians, both registered and otherwise, may be affected.
Review contributions carefully if blocking this IP address or reverting its contributions. If a block is needed, administrators should consider a soft block using Template:Anonblock. Network administrators, to monitor this IP address for vandalism, can subscribe to a web feed of this page in either RSS or Atom format. |
Welcome!
[edit]Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions so far. I hope you like the place and decide to stay.

- Simplified Manual of Style
You don't have to log in to read or edit articles on Wikipedia, but if you wish to acquire additional privileges, you can simply create a named account. It's free, requires no personal information, and lets you:
- Create new pages and rename pages
- Edit semi-protected pages
- Upload images
- Have your own watchlist, which shows when articles you are interested in have changed
If you edit without using a named account, your IP address (80.0.228.119) is used to identify you instead.
I hope that you, as a Wikipedian, decide to continue contributing to our project: an encyclopedia of human knowledge that anyone can edit. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, or you can to ask for help on your talk page, and a volunteer should respond shortly. We also have an intuitive guide on editing if you're interested. By the way, please make sure to sign and date your talk page comments with four tildes (~~~~).
Happy editing! DBaK (talk) 21:53, 2 January 2018 (UTC)
Get an account!
[edit]OK, well that's really a polite request, not an order! :) But I really think you should (see welcome blurb above). Because you edited an article I watch, I went through all your edits and you are doing great work. I know it's not essential to get an account but it's really not a bad idea either - please consider it? Anyway, thanks again for your work and Happy Editing! Cheers DBaK (talk) 21:57, 2 January 2018 (UTC)
- Oh, right, fair enough then. Cheers DBaK (talk) 00:29, 3 January 2018 (UTC)
Unsourced/unexplained date changes
[edit]You have made numerous changes to dates in various articles without citing a source or explaining where you got the information. As we have numerous vandals doing exactly the same thing, I am reverting all such edits. If you wish to restore any of the changes, you will need to provide sources and/or reasonable explanations. - SummerPhDv2.0 03:29, 12 January 2018 (UTC)

[edit]Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did to Movin' On Up (Primal Scream song). This contravenes Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. SummerPhDv2.0 13:58, 17 January 2018 (UTC)
- If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.
You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you add unsourced material to Wikipedia, as you did at July 1967. Again, you will need to provide sources and/or explain the changes you are making. If you contine, you will be blocked from editing. SummerPhDv2.0 16:14, 17 January 2018 (UTC)

. Widr (talk) 17:06, 17 January 2018 (UTC)- You have been warned previously about unsourced/unexplained changes. You chose to ignore those warnings, responding with a personal attack. You were blocked as a result. You are now back with more unsourced/unexplained date changes. If you continue, your blocks will be longer and longer. This will continue until you either explain/source your edits, leave the project or are indefinitely blocked from editing. - SummerPhDv2.0 00:30, 25 January 2018 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, I'm Oshwah. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Suella Fernandes, but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 19:44, 27 March 2018 (UTC)

[edit]Please do not add commentary or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to Blair ministry. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. Thank you. Please stop attacking other editors, as you did on User talk:I dream of horses. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Comment on content, not on other contributors or people. You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you add unsourced material to Wikipedia, as you did at Californication (song). Robvanvee 16:40, 22 April 2018 (UTC)

Please use an edit summary
[edit]Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.
When editing Wikipedia, there is a field labeled "Edit summary" below the main edit box. It looks like this:
Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)
Please be sure to provide a summary of every edit you make, even if you write only the briefest of summaries. The summaries are very helpful to people browsing an article's history.
Edit summary content is visible in:
Please use the edit summary to explain your reasoning for the edit, or a summary of what the edit changes. You can give yourself a reminder to add an edit summary by setting Preferences → Editing → Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary. Thanks! Jim1138 (talk) 21:55, 25 May 2018 (UTC)

This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
