Haze Resolution

[edit]

Hello there. The section was full of unverifiable claims, unsourced claims ("the game runs at a solid 30 frames per second never dipping"), unnecessary comparisons ("much like Halo 3 which is rendered at 640p and upscaled up to 1080p"), speculation ("The idea behind the lower resolution rendering is to enhance the frame rate and what objects and be displayed on screen at one moment. Rendering the game at a lower resolution allows more rendering power to be put on colours, filters and other such effects."), what would appear to be point-of-view ("...along with enhanced visuals"), and again, unsourced statements ("it has been praised for its use of vibrant colours and visuals."). It's not the wiki's job to defend Free Radical by speculating why the resolution was lower, or why it doesn't make a difference (though I know there were interviews about it a few days ago, I haven't read them). Also, the two reviews I've read of Haze haven't mentioned the low resolution, instead saying the graphics were bland and below average. The fact that Haze runs in 576p isn't really notable enough for it to have it's own section, as of yet. Hope that clears everything up! Thanks! Fin© 19:07, 20 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
