Yes the Je suis Charlie section is improved. The phrase about "this particular act of war" functions to attribute to Baraka the claim that the Charlie Hebdo *event* was an act of war but the cited text by Baraka makes no such claim; this is not to debate whether it was an act of war or not. Beyond the 'white power' references, Baraka's cited text makes complex statements about eurocentrism, that the media coverage (forum) turned into a mindless advertising piece obscuring the contradictions and violence therein. The 'assimilation' reference would improve with mention of the "denigration of Muslims for decades" in France. On first reading it appeared to me this section was intended to oversimplify Baraka; that is my concern for needs improvement. Subcientifico (talk) 04:57, 22 September 2016 (UTC)
