Request reason:

As previously stated, the information in question was copied from the source, as the intent was to keep true to a specific definition for a syndrome. Moreover, as mentioned, the reference for the material was included in the lead sentence to the definition ("A case definition for the opioid-associated amnestic syndrome has been proposed. [4]"), but as discussed, this sourcing was not sufficiently clear to the audience. Lastly, it was repeatedly added, as it was thought somehow entered incorrectly, resulting in it "falling off" the page. This writer has learned to avoid copy/paste of material, even when definitional and to source that information more clearly for the audience (position reference to be more clearly inclusive of all material). It is clear now that the material was not entered incorrectly and was removed for the issues previously stated. Therefore, repeatedly adding the same content will be avoided moving forward. Third person is often used in medical writing.
