Characterization of Rachel Maddow

[edit]

On the article talk page about the FBI raid, you repeatedly characterize Rachel Maddow as "hyper-partisan". This is extremely weird to me, since Maddow is often seen as a moderate Democrat when you examine her coverage in any depth. She doesn’t take progressive positions like Pacifica, nor does her rhetoric match the kind you might find on The Young Turks. She makes a point of always being fair when it comes to covering Republicans and conservatives, and she has previously gushed about her longtime friendship and respect for Tucker Carlson. I’m failing to see any indicators of hyper-partisanship here. I would be very interested to see examples supporting your opinion. Viriditas (talk) 22:18, 12 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
