Hello, I'm Jim1138. I noticed that in this edit to The Gulag Archipelago, you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Jim1138 (talk) 04:52, 4 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

Please start a discussion on the article's talk page

[edit]

I removed your edit to my talk page. It is saved here. As you are talking about the article and not about me, it belongs on talk:The Gulag Archipelago. I think you will find your tone of voice unconstructive. I doubt there is anyone with an agenda, other than getting annoyed with someone removing sourced content and adding unsourced content.
Please leave an wp:edit summary when making edits. Discuss what you want to do and why. See help:talk pages and wp:talk page guidelines. Please add wp:reliable sources supporting your information. Wikipedia has a wp:policy of wp:verifiability. Any significant content must wp:cite a wp:reliable source (RS). Unsourced content may be removed. Removal of citations of RS needs to be carefully explained. Use of your own knowledge or wp:original research is not verifiable and therefore not acceptable. Please wp:ping me and C.J. Griffin to the talk page. Otherwise we will likely not see it. Jim1138 (talk) 00:54, 14 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
