Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Les Nessman. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Repeated vandalism may result in the loss of editing privileges.
Of course the character isn't real. It's right there in the first sentence! –Skywatcher68 (talk) 19:14, 22 March 2019 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, I'm HickoryOughtShirt?4. I noticed that you recently removed content from Negro Fort without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. [edit]Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at James E. Webb. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted.
- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor, please discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page, and seek consensus with them. Alternatively, you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant notice boards.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, please seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continued disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. Thank you. Jusdafax (talk) 03:47, 5 June 2019 (UTC)
- Technically, government employees are servants, but the use of the word as a descriptor for Mr. Webb in this context is confusing, since the usage brings up more of a butler and maid image. I suggest you stop putting it back in the article and discuss on the article Talk page why you think this edit should be made to the article. Thanks. Jusdafax (talk) 04:01, 5 June 2019 (UTC)

Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to United States House Committee on Science, Space, and Technology, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use the sandbox for that. Thank you. You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you violate Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy by inserting commentary or your personal analysis into an article, as you did at Joey Gibson (political activist). Railfan23 (talk) 04:16, 18 August 2019 (UTC)

CE to AD
[edit]Please do not change CE to AD. Per our WP:ERA guideline, it is often the most encyclopedical thing to use CE. Debresser (talk) 01:08, 2 January 2020 (UTC)

Helpful info...
[edit]I see you are blocked right now, but I also see that you have never received information, too, that might help you understand guidelines so that you can avoid getting negative feedback and blocks. So, I am going to post some information that could be helpful to turning things around, if you wish when the block expires.–CaroleHenson (talk) 03:53, 5 January 2020 (UTC)
Welcome!
[edit]Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions so far. I hope you like the place and decide to stay.
Here are some links to pages you may find useful:
- Contributing to Wikipedia
- Tutorial
- How to edit a page and How to develop articles
- Simplified Manual of Style
You don't have to log in to read or edit articles on Wikipedia, but if you wish to acquire additional privileges, you can simply create a named account. It's free, requires no personal information, and lets you:
- Create new pages and rename pages
- Edit semi-protected pages
- Upload images
- Have your own watchlist, which shows when articles you are interested in have changed
Note that in order for the first three features to be available, you must have had an account for a minimum number of days and made a minimum number of edits.
If you edit without using a named account, your IP address (72.185.118.31) is used to identify you instead.
I hope that you, as a Wikipedian, decide to continue contributing to our project: an encyclopedia of human knowledge that anyone can edit. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, or you can to ask for help on your talk page, and a volunteer should respond shortly. We also have an intuitive guide on editing if you're interested. By the way, please make sure to sign and date your talk page comments with four tildes (~~~~).
Happy editing! –CaroleHenson (talk) 03:54, 5 January 2020 (UTC)

[edit]Please do not add unreferenced or poorly referenced information, especially if controversial, to articles or any other page on Wikipedia about living (or recently deceased) persons, as you did to Melinda Gates. Thank you. --Killarnee (T•1•2) 21:11, 12 April 2020 (UTC)

This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
