- I suppose you've never heard of the WHOIS tool, which reports publicly-available information like this, which identifies the other IP you refer to as belonging to a library. By the way, I can tell using that tool that this IP belongs to Sprint Wireless. Highly-trusted Wikipedians with access to the CheckUser tool are able to determine the IP being used by a registered account. —DoRD (talk) 19:27, 27 March 2010 (UTC)
