Information icon Hello, I'm Maria Gemmi. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person on David Irvine (blackjack player), but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now. Wikipedia has a very strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate and clear. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you! Maria Gemmi (talk) 14:57, 18 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

From Eberything AC casino group. Trying to warn ppl since scammer is USING the exact same page to steal thousands from people.
____
Word of caution: there is a person claiming to be David Irvine of the MIT blackjack team roaming AC. He approached me twice (10/11 at Trop south-tower slots and 12/8 at Ocean firepits) with the same exact story. Baseball cap, glasses, talks very fast, southern drawl.
He starts explaining he's a master blackjack player (I already knew about the MIT team and I quickly googled David Irvine when I turned to side...they look nothing alike). Pulling out his phone playing audio clips, saying he's been to the factory in CA where they rig the decks, and how much money he has won from all the AC casinos, etc.
Whole time my radar is up but I'm also curious so I let him ramble....then he says he has a fool-proof system and we should hit the tables. I just laughed and said good-luck and split.
I noticed that someone posted he paid for everyone at Gilchrist (Trop) one morning. While that is wonderful...that was not the MIT David Irvine. If anyone is curious on tiktok, just search David Irvine and he's the one playing a coffee box.
I made the connection at Ocean after a few minutes and said "Hey you already approached me at Trop last month"...after which he promptly left.
Just wanted to give a heads up. 67.244.4.169 (talk) 15:16, 18 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
