Please stop adding nonsense to Wikipedia. It is considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you. 69.86.21.83 14:42, 29 March 2006 (UTC)
Please stop. If you continue to vandalize pages, as you did to Cogent_Communications, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. 69.86.21.83 03:33, 30 March 2006 (UTC)
Please refrain from undoing other people's edits repeatedly. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia under the three-revert rule, which states that nobody may revert an article to a previous version more than three times in 24 hours. (Note: this also means editing the page to reinsert an old edit. If the effect of your actions is to revert back, it qualifies as a revert.) Thank you. —Jnk 19:08, 4 May 2006 (UTC)
"Autobiography"
[edit]Also, autobiography is frowned on. You come from Cogents IP space and are editing the Cogent article. That wouldn't be a problem really, except you're also in a revert war. Please back off William M. Connolley 20:28, 4 May 2006 (UTC)
User notice: temporary 3RR block
[edit]====Regarding reversions[1] made on May 4 2006 (UTC) to Cogent Communications====
You have been temporarily blocked for violation of the three-revert rule. Please feel free to return after the block expires, but also please make an effort to discuss your changes further in the future. The duration of the block is 24 hours.
Also, posting in a Cogent press release is a copyright violation.

March 2015
[edit]Hello, I'm SummerPhD. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Great American Novel, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. - If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.
This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
