You are referring to this mess? Jim1138 (talk) 07:42, 20 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

BTW: IMDB is wp:selfpublished and not a wp:Reliable source Jim1138 (talk) 07:44, 20 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Most films and television series don't have their entire cast listed anywhere other than on IMDb, I think this is reasonable proof that her character exists and has a name? It seems odd to leave "TBA" when the film has already been released? When is this "TBA"? why would the characters name be announced? Jim1138, can you clarify how one can cite something like this without IMDb? 65.93.134.54 (talk) 07:47, 20 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

As most anyone can edit IMDB, the accuracy is unknown. Leave it blank w/o an RS. Jim1138 (talk) 07:49, 20 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

OK, done. Thanks, Jim1138. 65.93.134.54 (talk) 07:53, 20 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

If you search about the archives in wp:RSN you will probably find a few examples of big problems with IMDB. This sort of thing doesn't just happen out of the blue. Cheers Jim1138 (talk) 07:55, 20 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Amusingly, she is listed as Janice on Pyewacket (film). Here's a source! http://www.tiff.net/tiff/pyewacket/ Jim1138 (talk) 08:01, 20 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Well, that's a tad awkward. I didn't notice it on the TIFF website. Thanks for adding it in, Jim1138! 65.93.134.54 (talk) 17:41, 20 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

It was rather buried. Cheers Jim1138 (talk) 18:41, 20 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
