Greetings. Seeking some help on the article Lisa Lopes. A user named TheBellaTwins1445 is continuing to add his own drawing to the aforementioned article because the "article has very few images." I initially undid his edit adding this, of which he undid mine. I undid his again, added a note, and then added another image that was representative of the section being discussed. Once again, he has removed that image and is adding his own, personal drawing to the article. He claims that the image I added here is "a NON FREE FILE," and that I "cant use this kind of images on articles." This image is indeed in use on Wikipedia already under TLC (group).
It almost appears as if the editor is just trying to get attention for his drawing, as by his own admission it's his own work. I've gone ahead and left the page as is now, but looking at his past contributions it appears that this line of editing is common among many articles. Shouldn't the TLC image I inserted be more relevant than a home-made drawing?

You're right in saying the handmade drawing by TheBellaTwins1445 is fairly out of place. However per WP:NFCC#Policy point 3, images can be used if copyrighted, however only in minimal circumstances where is is specifically relevant and there is no free equivalent — IVORK Discuss 02:21, 19 June 2018 (UTC)
