Speedy deletion declined
[edit]Hi. I wanted to let you know that I declined your speedy deletion request on the article Siiiiiiiiilver Surffffeeeeer Intermission because WP:CSD#A9, the speedy deletion criterion you cited, does not apply to songs where the artist of the song has a Wikipedia article (in this case, Kanye West certainly has an article). The article may instead be deleted via a couple of other processes besides speedy deletion. Mz7 (talk) 23:03, 26 September 2018 (UTC)

[edit]Your recent editing history at Template:Kanye West songs shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.
Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. Malformed AfD nominations
[edit]You have improperly tagged several articles for deletion. Please see WP:AfD for the correct procedure, taking care not to edit disruptively. Dorsetonian (talk) 21:46, 27 September 2018 (UTC)
- I have completed your nomination for you; see Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Gossip Files. Dorsetonian (talk) 15:02, 28 September 2018 (UTC)
Bad News
[edit]Hello, about your editing of Bad News (Kanye West song), I don't appreciate the comment "I tried, I really did" because I did use reliable sources throughout. And ur edit didn't make sense because the background said something stated literally above it over again. --Kyle Peake (talk) 20:46, 28 September 2018 (UTC)
Obsessive
[edit]I believe you are being obsessive about me by constantly stalking all my edits and reverting them like a child, since I have viewed your history and this is clearly the case so please stop with this obsessive behaviour. Kyle Peake (talk) 15:32, 29 September 2018 (UTC)
ANI notice
[edit]There is currently a discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. Dorsetonian (talk) 18:15, 29 September 2018 (UTC)

You don't have to log in to read or edit articles on Wikipedia, but if you wish to acquire additional privileges, you can simply create a named account. It's free, requires no personal information, and lets you:
- Create new pages and rename pages
- Edit semi-protected pages
- Upload images
- Have your own watchlist, which shows when articles you are interested in have changed
Note that in order for the first three features to be available, you must have had an account for a certain number of days and made a certain number of edits.
If you edit without using a named account, your IP address (64.26.97.61) is used to identify you instead.
I hope that you, as a Wikipedian, decide to continue contributing to our project: an encyclopedia of human knowledge that anyone can edit. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, or you can to ask for help on your talk page, and a volunteer should respond shortly. We also have an intuitive guide on editing if you're interested. By the way, please make sure to sign and date your talk page comments with four tildes (~~~~).

Subst AfD
[edit] Hi 64.26.97.61. When nominating an article for deletion, please remember to substitute the template like this: {{subst:Article for deletion}}
according to the instructions found at WP:AFDHOWTO. Autoconfirmed registered users can also use the Twinkle tool to make nominations. This way we assure the inclusion of the hidden text that enables the javascript most often used for closing AfD discussions to remove the {{Article for deletion}} template from the article. Thank you. Sam Sailor 17:33, 23 October 2018 (UTC)
AfD nominations
[edit]Do you want me to put these up to AfD under your name? I admittedly wouldn't care to do so under my own flag, as most of them seem to fall squarely into the might-be/might-not-be borderland of general notability; and I don't think I could make an informed case for deletion (music articles aren't my thing). However, I don't mind setting the AfDs up for you if you care to provide the nomination rationales. --Elmidae (talk · contribs) 08:58, 31 October 2018 (UTC)
AfD spam
[edit]Hello, I would like to point out that I believe you have been spamming copy and paste AfDs on song articles I created where they don't make sense. For example, you have posted in the Wikipedia:Articles for deletion discussions for the vast majority, if not all of the songs that they contain OR and have unreliable sources, when I have looked through them and they actually don't. Your spamming of incorrect information within these AfDs makes me believe you may be a troll. --Kyle Peake (talk) 08:47, 3 November 2018 (UTC)
- While the IP's actions don't appear to be specifically troll-like, I did want to come and say that it would be preferable to clarify case-by-case given that your nomination statements are being disputed and you nominated a general field of articles by a single creator, which naturally can provoke some concerns if not in clear-cut cases: hence the desire for some clarification.
